“The food is absolutely delicious! I am going on my 3rd year of a meatless diet and I am so happy to have discovered this place of business. Everything was flavorful and those sweet potato muffins were so moist. I highly recommend trying them out whether you are a vegetarian or not, you will enjoy the food! 😋“

“Having a tip automatically added to the bill of two people is off-putting. For the record, I'm a good Tipper. I did actually add to the 15% automatically added because our server was awesome. But tipping is an addition, not part of the bill. Heck, add it to the cost of the food and I'll pay it. but not in tipping. that's my choice.“

“My First Time having this place !!! When I say DELICIOUS Isn’t the word, food was Phenomenal, I ordered fish, spaghetti, baked beans and greens. “I got a catfish dinner with dressing/gravy and mac and cheese. Mac and cheese was fantastic to me. Made just like I like it but the dressing was a little too sweet for my taste. Good flavor but sweet. Fish was great. I did get some strawberry lemonade kool-aid. It was good and sweet. I would definitely go back.“

“The restaurant isn't eye-catching, but the food is absolutely delicious! Mr. Bailey personally greets customers with his trademark greeting and takes the time to make his recipes to order. Once you visit more than once, you're no longer a customer, you're more like family. I highly recommend it!“

“I ordered the chicken stuffed potatoe it was delicious. The only problem I would say is they put ranch on the potatoes instead of sour cream. You would need to find out first if people like ranch. The sour cream was extra.?

“First off you have to park on the road in front of the building there is no parking for the restaurant as it's connected to other buildings. My first impressions of the place were "this place looks sketchy," but the people inside were nice and it wasn't crowded. The food took 15 minutes to cook so they offered to call me when it was done, as there's no where to wait in the restaurant. When I did get my food (chicken Philly wrap and boneless wings) it was packaged with care and tasted great. If you consider eating here I'd recommend ordereding ahead of time and just going there when it is ready.

“Went to Sylk’s this evening on Mayfield Road. Tasha the manager challenged me that she’d have me done and satisfied in 7 minutes or less. She did it in 6. Plus she handled other orders. I am was elated. Keep it up Sam!“

“I went here to enjoy a night out with staff and it was the perfect little bar that we needed. The staff was so friendly and great listeners. I ordered a tequila sunrise and a prime rib philly steak sub with fries and mozzarella sticks. I absolutely loved both! The mozzarella sticks are topped with parmesan cheese and were cooked just right. This is a great place for a quick bite to eat and drink. The Dj was also full of life and was very entertaining ? Thank you! ?“

“I just tried Mattie Ruth's for the first time and I got the smothered pork chops with tomatoes with okra, mac and cheese. It was the best tasting food. The porkchops were so good that the made me cry. I will eat here again, just might be lunch today.“

“This is a great restaurant.The service could be improved a bit and the quality of the food could be improved.The cooks just need to be replaced with more trained and more experienced and qualified cooks and everything would be better and the cashiers need to be nicer and more professional.Otherwise a great “
