“Pulled in and was surprised that this was a car service place. What a treat on a hot day! We’d never eaten here before, so we went with the basics: hot dogs! I had mine with sauce and onions and my mister tried sauce and slaw. SOLID DAWGS! The dogs themselves were hot and firm, the buns fresh with a great tooth. But the star of the show was the SAUCE! Savory with just a touch of sweet. Thick and meaty. 2 dogs for $4? Shut up and take my money! Everything was packed well, the dogs were neatly made, and the car hop very friendly. “I love the location. They do have a lot of coffee options. The counter layout is kind of confusing, because the menu is not behind the cashier, and there is a lot on the menu. I was thinking about food, but there was too much to read, so I just got a coffee and a scone. The cashier wasn't sure what kind of scones were in the case and had to go ask someone. The coffee and scone were good. I enjoyed the atmosphere.“

“Went for birthday dinner! We can't say enough great things about the Blennerhassett Restaurant. From hostess Ella to our server Andy, the service exceeded our expectations. We started with cocktails and a salad (Wilted Spinach Salad With Hot Bacon Dressing), then main course and dessert. Would highly recommend the Pan-Seared Sea Bass which was crispy on the outside and meaty on the inside. Delish with the olive tapenade. The porterhouse special was cooked to perfection. Splurged with dessert (Pecan Praline Tulip) and it was worth it. Would highly recommend for any special occasion.“

We frequent the lounge on evenings when she's working to just relax, enjoy the atmosphere and great conversation. I also recommend their charcuterie board which pairs well with any cocktail or wine. My husband enjoys the great choices of local craft breweries that are highly sought after in our area. “Stopped here on a cold January day and it didn't disappoint. Local BBQ located on the Ohio River in Marietta Ohio since 2007. They have a very diverse menu- ranging from salads, wings, shrimp, soups, sandwiches to their BBQ platters. I had the grown up grilled cheese which had bourbon bacon jam, American and cheddar cheese and I added pulled pork all on Texas toast. It was very good and filling. They bring a selection of different sauces which was fun trying the different ones. We had a table overlooking the river which was nice. Would be even nicer once the weather warms up and we could take advantage of the outdoor seating.“
