“Best protein bowl I have ever had from any Chipotle! The chicken was not over cooked, and it was not cut up in tiny pieces. The chicken was tender, perfectly seasoned and in nice sized chunks. The fajita vegetables were delicious. We definitely will be changing our favorite location to this Chipotle in Berea.“

For the recent negative reviews about ordering ahead of time on the app
Go through the drive through, of course it's a delayed service time when you go inside to pick it up, the workers are trying to multitask between keeping up with drive through & inside restaurants orders
Love that when you order through the app, they have a separate drive through line when picking up your order
The store manager is such a sweetheart down to earth friendly lady!
To guarantee fresh quality orders, they do not make mobile orders ahead of time
