“We had my son’s birthday party there and rented the back room. Shanna was our waitress and she was phenomenal, kept drinks filled and the food was amazing! I had a tuna sub and fries, it was great. The portions are large!!! Some family members had Stromboli and they loved it, two or more servings per Stromboli. Great food and service! I highly recommend having an event here“
“Stopped here while running the buckeye 200 in 2021. Service was amazing, food was great (they hooked it up with a plant based meal, I don't even think that something like that was on the menu, we just kind of let the server know what we wanted during conversations about what we were doing.. we looked beat up lol) atmosphere was great. plugged in for some electric too. “Ate here for the first time this morning and I’m truly sad. Sad that I never knew of this place before today!!!! The service was so friendly and the food is amazing!!!!! I got the Royal Star breakfast so I could try a little of everything and I was extremely impressed!! You can tell the staff care for their regulars and vise versa. “With a name like ~Burger Hut~we expected it to be a tiny place without many choices on the menu. We were so wrong!! Not only do they have burgers, but they also have BLTs, subs, chicken and shrimp dinners, hot dogs and so many different sides- mushrooms, onion rings, fries(loaded and not loaded), poppers. They also have a huge selection of breakfast items to start your day off!!! The prices may be about average or little more, BUT definetly get your moneys worth and more!! Which makes it not your average meal!!! The drive thru service was friendly and much faster than you would think or expect with the items we ordered. The food was great tasting and was so filling that we couldnt finish it. Definetly recommend this place and know we will go back for sure.“
“The best bartenders in the region. These are two guys passionate about their jobs and even dress the part. The food is consistently good and the servers work as hard as the bartenders. This is fast becoming one of our favorites in Salem. But to be fair, there are many wonderful restaurants in Salem. The small town is loaded with great lunch and dinner locations.“
“We held our wedding at the Timberlanes Complex and I could not have had a better experience. We worked with the event coordinator, Missi, to plan our reception in the Grand Ballroom. The decorations and up-lighting they offer transformed the room into a beautiful wedding reception hall. With Boneshakers catering, there was a variety of options on their catering menu for appetizers, entrees, and alcohol packages. It made everything extremely easy to plan! Missi was beyond organized and ensured every meal went to the right person at the right time as there were wonderful servers that night as well. They also turned on all of our own lighting decorations, set up the cookie table, and cleaned everything up afterwards. This allowed for us and our families to simply enjoy our special day rather than worry about the event. Courtney was a huge help the day before with our room set-up. She was able to offer suggestions and help us achieve what we envisioned. With so many family and friends coming in from out of town, it was perfect that the hotel was in the same building. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. We blocked the entire hotel, so the lobby area and indoor courtyard served as a great space for those staying to socialize. Guests from out of town were within walking distance to the church where the ceremony was, all of Salem’s downtown, and they didn’t even have to go outside to enjoy the restaurant and bar. Timberlanes fit our wedding needs perfectly, and we could not be happier!“

“We were traveling through and needed food quick but didn't want "fast food". This was the best decision we could have made! The burgers were delicious and made with good quality ingredients, handmade patties of good meat, and beautiful brioche buns. The fries were cooked perfectly and obviously not a cheap brand. My husband was impressed with the chili on his coneydog and that they had Cheerwine in the bottle. We would definitely come back for more food or to try their ice cream because I'm sure it is all tasty.“
