Based on the reviews, Hardee's is known for having damn good biscuits, especially when the staff takes pride in their work. The breakfast biscuits are served fresh and hot. The roast beef sandwiches are great, and the best fried apple pies are delicious and available after 10:30. The steak biscuit with fried egg and cheese was one of the best tasting biscuits in a long time, with fresh and moist steak patties. However, sometimes the Hash Rounds are turned upside down, causing greasy napkins, and a cinnamon raisin biscuit can be hard with icing leaking out. Service can be the fastest ever, with a nice employee who gave free fries. There is plenty of parking and wheelchair accessible tables.
