“Saturday at 12:30 and no wait. Food was not brought out together but it worked out OK. We had more people come than we planned. My son went early and got a table for how many he thought were coming. When we arrived they accommodated us at a bigger table right away. We all had breakfast. Always a good choice there. Our table attendant was attentive and did a good job. My granddaughter loved her animal cinnamon roll.“

“We were invited to the VIP opening and because we absolutely LOVE Firebirds, we went. They definitely did NOT disappoint at all! - The service, the food, the drinks were incredible! “I came in to get breakfast to go . They were a little busy when I got there . I sat down and was gave silverware and offered a drink right away . I was accommodated by the regulars and Kate the waitress about what I should order since it was my first time. Regulars recommended I get a half order of French toast and half order of biscuits . Kate recommended I get the gyro since she likes it and its popular. I also ordered hash browns and scrambled eggs . I took the food home and the eggs were missing but they gave me a credit for those next time I come back . Everything tasted really good, loved the hash browns 10/10. The French toast and gravy was really good, the biscuits were a little crispy thou . Fiancé says gyro was okay but pretty dry not much meat 5/10. Will definitely be back Tuesdays threw Fridays when Kate Works !! Thanks for the great first experience. BTW this breakfast/lunch place is right next to panera !!“

“Have been wanting to try this place forever and finally made it in today with my best friend, what a disappointment. Their posted hours show open till 2:30 pm, we arrived at 1:50 (plenty of time for some pancakes and coffee.) The weight staff was in full on cleanup mode and made it Very obvious they were done working for the day with the way we were greeted. I ordered decaf coffee and was told there was none left so decided to have regular and then didn't even get a full cup of that. At $4.99 a pop I need a full cup. I looked at my friend and said "they don't want to wait on us they are annoyed that they are already cleaning up and we came in" she agreed so when the server came back I politely said "we will just elsewhere we can tell you're cleaning up for the day" There was no "oh you are fine, you still have 40 minutes" or anything like that there just " are you sure?" We left and headed down the street to Delaney's Diner who would also be closing in about an hour at 3 PM but a TOTALLY different vibe. Greeted with a smile from the person at the hostess stand and 2 of the chefs even looked over and smiled and said welcome come on in! We looked at each other and said much better, we are definitely in the right place now. I've heard nothing but good things about the pancakes at the Pancake House I only wish I would have got to experience them But being treated well is more important to me than food. I understand wanting to be done work for the day believe me but it wasn't like we walked in with 3 minutes till closing. Oh well 🤷‍♀️“

“After taking our pet to the vet, we stopped into Birch Tavern for dinner. We sat on the patio since it was a nice day. The food was delivered fast and was delicious. The service was friendly, and the overall experience was good. My wife had the birch club sandwich, and I had the boneless chicken wings. They were comparable in size to Roosters.
