“We ordered delivery last night and the direct route from Donatos to our home is currently shut down for construction on Hunt Rd. Our delivery driver found himself on a detour that lead him to a gated off road between neighborhoods across the way between Blue Ash and Reading, instead of turning around and finding another detour and delaying our delivery any further the driver got out of his car and walked about 1/2 mile down to our house to make sure we got our pizza. We really appreciated his efforts where many people in his situation could have been infuriated he was poised and well mannered, I wish I grabbed his name to mention him specifically but this should go to show they're doing something right when hiring at Donatos and their pizza was great as well!“

“We were incredibly impressed by the quality of food and service we received from this location this past weekend. We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn right down the street and we got hungry at about 10PM on Saturday. I tried to order a pizza on the app and had trouble figuring out how to order half Veggie and half Sausage, so I called the restaurant. The woman on the phone was so very helpful and just took my order on the phone. We gave them our address at the Hilton and in about 25 minutes we received a knock at our door and we were surprised when the Domino's employee brought the Pizza and Parmesan Bread Bites to our room on the 3rd floor! How awesome was the door service! After that pleasant surprise, we dug into the food, and the first words out of my wife's mouth were "Wow, this is Domino's? This is so good!" I could not have agreed with here more-it tasted amazing!! And the Bread bites were absolutely incredible! We will for sure stay at this Hilton Garden hotel in the future-for the Dominos food!!“

“I’ve been to Trophy Pizza at this location five times now, and never had anything but a great experience!
The eating area is always clean and bright, and the staff has always been exceptionally friendly and helpful!
The pizza itself is delicious! It comes out of the oven quick, so it’s hot, fresh and the crust is nice and crispy!
There are always many different types of slices under glass to choose from, so I usually make it a point to ask about something that I haven’t tried before, and then add it to my order.

Growing up and spending a few decades in the Detroit area with some of the best pizza places in the country I got to admit, I'm a bit biased. This place however was super good. Remind me a bit of hole in the wall, bar pizza back home. Super good. Thick, doughy crust and lots of toppings. Looks like they have quite a few other things on the menu as well but I specifically went there for the pizza. It's about 45 minutes from where I live so it's not a place that I would visit regularly, but if I go into downtown Cincy which I do once a month or so it will definitely be a spot to stop. Cool place. Parking is a bit of a challenge...Just an fyi.“

“Today we picked Fireside cause we wanted to try some Cincinnati pizza! All I can say is what an amazing place. The gentleman working was amazing!! Helped tell us about other places to go, had us try some different draft beers, they made the best pizza’s even my kids loved all the different types and loved drawing plates to put on the wall. “I have been meaning to stop by since they opened, finally had a chance tonight. Casual atmosphere of a neighborhood place. Warm greeting upon arrival. You order at the counter and the food is brought to your table. I had garlic knots and a small pizza and both were delicious. The pizza was a 10” pie the size of a paper plate. The toppings were fresh and evenly spread over the pie which was perfectly cooked. The crust was the perfect consistency. The pizza really did taste like a traditional pizza I use to have when I was young and we lived next door to a family from Italy. It’s a can’t miss experience, and I will definitely dine here again.“

“If you like takeout Mac’s doesn’t disappoint. I am a creature of habit and I always get the chicken Cobb salad. It’s fresh and delicious. The chicken is moist and it’s loaded with all the toppings. Diced tomatoes, boiled eggs, bacon, and cheese. So yummy. My hubby always get a supreme pizza and iIs always perfect. Chewey crust and loaded. Everything is always consistently perfect. A small place that somehow accommodated a party of 10, 8 of which were loud teens. We were moved to accommodate these guests and they didn’t behave like someone their age should. “Had a quick bite to eat before the Toto, Men at Work & Christopher Cross concert last Sunday. We were in a hurry but not too much.
We all ordered drinks and a large Detroit style pepperoni pizza with hot honey and it was GREAT! Nina our server was very helpful, fun, friendly chatting with us for awhile- she even went out of her way to help us find some black napkins to play a game while we waited for our pizza… My Miller bottle was also almost ice cold- great! We got our check right away, we devoured the pizza- I highly recommend this pizza and this location was on top of things…lots of happy patrons and tables of mixture of group sizes, etc.. all were having a nice time.

I tried the thick crust and it was very good… light and crispy on the bottom, and perfectly cooked all the way through — not doughy at all. One star off for the wait… it looked like they were filling three DoorDash orders for every person standing there in line, so it took a while to get through. But again, the food was yummy!“
