“First time here and it was awesome. Was busy like I expected it to be. The waitress kept up and didn't miss a beat. The food tasted great and was reasonably priced. The atmosphere was relaxing although it was on the noiser side. People in there enjoying them on a Saturday night. Next time I go through Bowling Green Ill make sure to stop back in.“

“This seems like a weird review but my Marko's was a home visit. You know home delivery. Which went timely and well. I ordered an Xlarge speciality pizza and it special cut for a zip lock pot luck party. Marko's did exactly as I requested. I do not order pizza very often, however it must have been excellent because it was eaten within a half hour.“

The visit was a mixed bag, but overall, the pizza and the experience held up!

A dear friend from afar surprised me with a pizza as a thoughtful gesture during a tough time. However, I couldn’t make it to the store within the allotted pickup window. I completely understand that this policy ensures only fresh, delicious food for customers, though I do hope the unused pie was donated or eaten instead of wasted.

💡 The In-Store Experience:
When I arrived, the proprietor—who I believe owns the shop—was curt and seemed unaware of my order. Thankfully, the manager I had spoken to earlier stepped in to clarify and saved the day. She quickly informed me my fresh pizza was about to go in the oven. Big points to the manager for professionalism and attention to detail!

🍕 The Product:
Papa John's remains a standout in the pizza world. The dough, with its perfect balance of fluffiness and chew, and the subtly sweet tomato sauce never fail to hit the spot. And let’s be real—any competitor that doesn’t include garlic butter and a pepperoncini in the box is just playing catch-up.

🏡 Delivery Thoughts:
Though Papa John’s doesn’t deliver to my area, which is far from rural, this lack of service keeps it a special treat. Still, corporate, you’re leaving money on the table—there’s a white-collar hub in Jackson waiting for those delivery zones to expand!

👍 Verdict:
The food and the female manager’s professionalism won me over. No notes other than this: keep being consistent and delicious. I’ll gladly patronize again, even if I have to pick up in person.

“My husband and I have been eating at Pagliais for many years. We absolutely love the buffet, as the ranch dressing, breadsticks and cheese sauce, pizza and dessert pizza are the highlights! It is not the cheapest or largest buffet, but what they have is wonderful. With that being said, we are very disappointed in the way that the restaurant has been trying to cheapen in random ways. The worst one that we have noticed is that they have gone away from having name brand Coca-Cola products. The off brand, cheap version is nothing like regular Coca-Cola. Should we bring our own drinks with us from now on? It seems a bit ridiculous in order to save what is most likely pennies on the dollar. Nothing can compare to a cold Coke with your pizza and bread! Please bring the name brand Coke back in some fashion. A can or bottle would even suffice. The little bit of extra money in having something such as Coca-Cola does really make a difference!“

“The girl with the blue hair was extremely rude to the customers waiting. She yelled at everyone like they were children saying that there was “no reason for the volume and that we could be quiet”. As someone who has worked in customer service for years I can confidently say that in a college town during Halloween weekend there is no reason to yell at a group of adults who weren’t even being that loud. Even the cooks gave looks. I love this establishment but was disappointed by this interaction.“
