“The staff here is extremely kind and accommodating. The restaurant is clean and has plenty of seating available if you want to enjoy your meal inside. The food is fresh and it is definitely one of the best cheesesteaks in town. Highly recommend the Chicken California and the Bacon 3 Cheese as must try options.“

“Solid, filling food. You really get what you pay for. It's got a friendly overall atmosphere, and it's never crowded or packed. Food never takes super long to get to you either. it takes a few minutes at absolute most. They also hold up some of their special deals (you won't see them on the menu but all I had to do was ask).
Honestly can't go wrong coming here for solid grub.“

“This is a really busy place.
Probably the best way of ordering is online.
Especially if you are entertaining company from out of town.
Because Mr. Hero is an Ohio thing.
People outside of Ohio do not have the opportunity to enjoy the Romain Burger.
It would not be safe to ship a sandwich.

“I just want to give a big thumbs 👍 up, I've been here 5-6 times and it never disappoints, Today I ordered the small original cheese steak as I was waiting on my sandwich and it was accidentally given to another customer, so they upgraded my sandwich to a large and gave me a free Fry, That's what you call great people working there and you guys didn't have to do that I understand mistakes happen, Thank you“

“Great location right in the corner of a shopping Plaza easy on and off the highway access. Great employee at the register very polite. Food was excellent I drove 2 hours for this restaurant and was worth every bite. Ty for the great experience. Roman burger b.t.e. with raspberry Chipotle seasoning on top of the bread it's a must have“

“My 1st cheesesteak from here was 🔥🔥🔥. Double meat & all 3 cheeses was the absolute bomb. Kudos 2 Olmsted township 4 having a gr8 sandwich shop 4 the community!!!! Will definitely return 4 the cheesy goodness that is ur cheesesteak. 😁“

They even called to confirm our special requests on the sandwiches.Love the romanburger!Must get waffle fries and a cheese cup!Tuna was excellent.The mozzarella sticks were very good!Breaded mushrooms were good!Jalapeno poppers were also good.Everything arrived hot and fresh. “I have not had Penn Station in years, so we thought we would give it a try. I had the regular cheesestake, we shared a large fry, and I had the sweet tea. The sandwich was very good, the fries were even better, a large fry can feed three people, and the sweet tea was really good as well. Staff was friendly and the food came quick. Highly recommend this location“

“Nice clean location. They get you in and out. They are always so nice to me, too! Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon before shopping and had some lunch. Their sandwiches are always hot and tasty. I love the pickles, too. Lemonade is delightful, too. Charleys is better than Subway to me. I tried the Cali chicken sub cause i usually got the teriyaki at the mall.! It was awesome. I definitely will stop again when I'm in the hood again!“
