“I was passing through the area and needed a place to do some work and this place was the perfect spot. It is really a local's coffee shop. I really loved hearing the locals have conversations with the employees. The tea I got was delicious and they did a great job. It was actually better than the overpriced Starbucks in my opinion. I also loved thst the employees seemed to know every person that walked through their doors which made the place very inviting and personal.
I think what makes a great coffee shop are the connections they make with the locals and how many regulars they have. And it seemed they had a lot of regulars.

I also appreciated that it was laid back and I was able to do my work undisturbed.

“This McDonald's went above and beyond to give me my food even though the day before we had a giant storm that knocked their power out, I kept watching cars in the drive thru go by and I ordered off the app, Thank you to the girl with pink and blonde hair you have been so kind. “I wasn't sure what to order the first few times I came to cafe 19, but now that I've found my favorite drinks (French toast iced latte with maple cold foam or the witches brew iced latte) I'm here 5 times a week. Sometimes more. The staff is super sweet and I look forward to stopping by after doing school drop offs! 😊 If you aren't sure what to order they will talk you through it! I promise you'll find something you will love. Today I got a s'mores iced breve with marshmallow cold foam and it's pretty amazing!“

“So I’ve only came to this location 3 days in a row but I only had gotten ice coffee the first two days but the third day I got an iced matcha latte an an everything bagel . And the bagel was fine but the way they gave it to me wasn’t in a bag just in the wrapping paper (which could improve) and one napkin. But now the matcha latte tasted HORRIBLE doesn’t have the color of it a taste so that needs improvement. But customer service is always good the times I’ve gone . The location just needs to improve on certain things.“

“I come through the drive-through several times a week to pick up breakfast for my wife before she goes to work. Almost to a person, this store has the friendliest staff. Especially, kudos to Lisa, who takes orders in the drive-through. She is always extremely pleasant and has been helping me with the McDonald’s app!“
