“I visited this Dairy Queen location yesterday, 3/06/23 for the first time and I was impressed. As far as Dairy Queen’s are concerned this store is great, it’s remodeled very nicely and the food is great compared to some other locations I’ve been to. I ordered chili dogs with cheese & onions, cheese curds and a peanut butter banana milkshake, all of which was great. Their service is just as good as their food, the young man who took our order was very polite and professional. I’ll definitely be going back.“
“Great coffee concoctions, along with Gelato, that has extreme flavors. Besure to get your desserts before sitting at the bar. If you don't, you will have to wait in line since the bar will not serve edibles (hence 4 stars). “Skoops in Barberton is by far my favorite ice cream shop. They have a large menu and always have new flavors to try. The homemade GF, DF options vary. They always have vanilla bean, and it's amazing. They also have different GF, DF flavors weekly. My husband loves the frosted yellow cake in a chocolate dipped waffle cone. It has chucks of cake and chocolate. It's not GF, DF. I ordered a scoop of soft serve cake batter and a scoop of fudgesicle. “Sunday morning, the place was very busy and there was a wait for our food, but once we got it, we enjoyed it. Ordered the French ie platter. Bacon, eggs, hash browns, and French toast. Four slices and they were thick and dripping butter. Eggs were cooked perfectly, bacon could have been just a bit crisper. Our server was excellent. Attentive and polite. She was the only one working the tables and handled a full house exceptionally well.“

I like trying new ice creams each time we go and my wife generally does the four scoop sampler and alternates between the same 6 flavors. Our son loves the strawberry sorbet, pistachio ice cream and any of the birthday cake ones.“

“I can't eat ice cream, but my kids do. Whenever they are home from college on break, they pick different places to try. Their favorite flavor is cotton candy. They weren't too crazy about the chocolate chips that are pre-mixed into it, but the ice cream itself was great. The gummy worms added were also great. Wish you had Italian ice for us lactose intolerant folks, but I know that's a big ask being that you specialize in homemade ice cream. Would probably improve business if a drive-thru could somehow be added here, but logistically not sure if you could. Overall good experience on a frigid night.“

“First of all I love that they have a drive thru! Secondly, they are only open seasonal hours so check before you go. Third, it's cash only! Fourth, their ice cream is great and the service is always friendly. They always have featured flavors and specials as well. The building is super cute and gives off a small town vibe charm. “This is such a fun and sweet shop. Everyone is so welcoming when you come in - even with little kids! I love how the shakes can be customized to your needs (allergies, tastes, etc.). “We absolutely love Cherry St Creamery! My son loves their Blue Moon Ice Cream. I usually get the flavor of the week or their Strawberry Cassata Sundae. I'm not a fan of Malts, but my guy really likes theirs. They have food items as well. The Coney Dogs are so good! Remember to take cash as they don't take credit cards. There is an ATM on site, but I'm not sure what the charges are.“
