McDonald's in Canal Winchester

“They are training new staff but they're so sweet be patient with them and they'll give you 110% and they actually got my coffee right when I go to the usual one where people have been there for a while that's something they can never do The staff was friendly the drive-thru was fast service was fast complete accuracy and everyone was smiling you can tell it's a great environment for its employees I would definitely recommend and I will be going back again“

“My friends and I went on a late night food run this past Saturday to the McDonalds on Diley. We ordered in the app and made the 10ish minute to drive to the restaurant. The young man working the drive thru, also seemed to be doing 3 other jobs. He was taking orders, checking out the drive thru, and bagging all the orders. My friends and I were sitting patiently, had not even waited 2 or 3 minutes at the pick up window and the car behind us started blaring on their horn wanting us/McDonald’s to hurry up, they were very rude and disrespectful. When the young man came back with our food he apologized for the delay. I assured him it was no problem at all and that we really appreciated him and his hard work. I did not get his name, but I hope this gets back to him somehow!“
