“I enjoy the food, however, the staff is rude. Their tone is bitter, the faces they make when putting in an order is not necessary, the way they speak to customers over the phone is with attitude, annoyance and unprofessional. I believe if they changed the staff this place would benefit in a lot of ways.“

Not only was this cake gorgeous and unique, it holds a very special homage to our late mother, and inside joke about cookie cake that we had - so it means more to me than she knows! Their donuts are superb, pairing ever so brilliantly with their sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. They use real eggs, which in a world of fake finding a real egg is like winning the lottery, small lottery for $100 or so but still really nice. The employees at the Columbus road location in Canton are lovely. They remind me of my Grandma, carefully crafting every order I place before them. Angels on Earth. 5 out of 5 would recommend“

“I recommend Meijer in store shopping, but I would NOT recommend their online pickup shopping. I made a large online order on Dec 21st. I drove there to pick it up at my designated time only to find out they hadn't completed all the orders and my order was pushed to the next day which was annoying- it wouldve been great if they couldve contacted me befode i drove 30+ mins to get there. I contacted the store on the 22nd to find out if my order was done, but didn't hear anything back. I was called the evening of the 23rd and told that my order was ready. I asked if I could pick it up today instead bc the roads were so bad yesterday and they said that'd be fine. I went to pick up the order today and they told me the order had been canceled when I literally spoke with someone yesterday who said today was fine..!! I'm so mad. I had my infant with me and was unable to buy everything I needed bc it wouldn't fir in the cart with him so I grabbed a few absolute essentials only. What a waste of a second trip.“
