“Just went through the drive through a little while ago & was served with the best & most curteous, kind girl thru the drive thru. I’m a stay at home mom so she doesn’t even realize she was my adult interaction for the day & it proved to be a good one to get! Thank you so much! Great service!!“

“Food is always spot on,review looks not so good ONLY because of things probably out of the crews ability. I have had to drive to Massillon numerous times because I couldn't go in the restaurant and order..why is that a problem? I drive a beater of a car and the window doesn't go down so I go in.....or to Massillon. Massillon restaurant doesn't shut/lock up at 7pm.I live on other side of Tusc at Canton KFC ..and the neighborhood isn't that bad to chalk it up to bad part of town. Staffing doesn't appear to be the issue ( although it could be I work in the service industry I know how that goes)seems like there is enough staff, crew doesn't seem stressed due to help shortage...NEVER an issue with the food!“

“I ordered through drive thru .I could not understand person taking orders .it was very frustrating. I ended up with 6 chicken strips .large mashed .large coleslaw for $35 .and that is not what I wanted .please go to your drive-thru and listen to person you have taking orders .your wasting my time and money. Very disappointing“
