We wanted two decorated 1/2 sheet cakes - one marble for an Eagle Scout ceremony and one vanilla for a HS graduation. Both had different color strategies and information - both were decorated exactly how we wanted. Cake was extremely fresh (picked up Saturday, events were Sunday) - will order from again. “I arrived for delivery at 7:45 AM; my appointment was at 8:00 AM. Truck drivers, do not arrive earlier than your appointment time — they will not take you before your scheduled slot.

When I entered the facility, there were already two trucks there. The place is very tight, and I was the last one who could fit in the yard. After I checked in, I was told to wait. They only have one dock for unloading, and about 15 minutes later, someone came over and assigned me a dock. They didn’t give a dock to the other two trucks because their appointment times were different — they gave it to me instead.
I was fully unloaded by 10:00 AM.
