“I love this wendys. I casually stop here after work on my way home and nobody ever seems grouchy. I do Interact with new employees sometimes when I come there. A lady name Sara without an H they said lol , who I've never seen there before.... She made me a sandwich that I thought they would think was weird....but she did it for me and was happy to do it. First sandwich was wrong chicken and she gladly fixed the chicken I paid for and didn'tgive any attitude,
She wanted to make sure i was happy. When I tell you this sandwich was what I was wanting to taste...it was the best sandwich I've ever had from Wendy's. Thank you Sara and all the employees that heard what I wanted. Great staff“

“Had a great lunch with family today at JB's. I didn't do justice to the sandwich. It was so Big! We were going someplace else and I couldn't take it with me. It was good. My friends really liked what they got. I would recommend it to anyone going to Lancaster.“

“A wonderful experience last night for my 40th birthday. There is something for everyone with ton of flavor and the staff is top notice!! I recommend the Mac and cheese appetizer and of course their 3 sliders with KILLER🔥 fries. We will definitely be back soon!“

“Omgoodness! I totally recommend this location! Server and manager were amazing! We got our food quick and it was so delicious! Not one complaint amongst us 4 people. Hard to find great service and high quality food at a restaurant these days! We are usually disappointed, but this experience gave me hope that there's still good quality workers out there that take pride in what they do! They also sang, Happy Birthday to our daughter who just turned 7.“

“This location is the best. We make large orders on a fairly regular basis and not once has the order been incorrect. When we go to pick up the food, the guy at the grill is moving quickly and accurately. Great to see. I don't know his name, but he was working tonight (11/21 at 8pm) and he's a rock star. Keep up the great work, Steak n Shake!“

“Not sure if they got new staff, but service and food was great today! Our waitress, Dawn, was outstanding. She helped us along with others tables when they needed help and the front register. She was professional, sweet and checked all the food before bringing it out to customers. She’s definitely management material in our eyes!“

“This certainly going to be a brand new tradition for my Girlfriend and I. The staff was very friendly and attentive which is always spectacular and stands out at this location every time we have came by to eat. The decorations and the mood were by far an excellent addition to the experience.“

“Hubby and I ordered take out while the kids were away since they brought back Nashville hot. We both ordered tenders Mac n cheese he got fries and I got the baked potato. Arrived at curbside for my order waited for about 10 minutes even though I arrived 8 minutes after my pick up time. I was missing a Mac n cheese so I had to go in not that big of a deal.. no one at the Togo stand so a guy from the kitchen comes out and asks how he can help I told him I was missing a Mac n cheese and asked if the portion of the other one was correct he said okay went back to the kitchen and sent the manager out. Manager explained that is the correct portion no big deal I work for a corporate restaurant so I know how it goes. He went to get me another Mac and cheese and it took an additional ten minutes not sure why because I could see 7+ kitchen staff just hanging out in the kitchen with not so many tables in the dining room on a Friday night. I could hear a lady in the dining room telling her kids that she got her dessert before she even got her meal even though everyone else had finished eating, looked like only two servers were on. I asked the manager to compensate me for the inconvenience and the fact that my food was now twenty minutes over due. He was professional and listened to my concerns and compensated me. Food was good seems like they changed the sauce, Mac n cheese was bomb and the baked potato was nothing you couldn't get at home very plain and I had to put it together myself. Will go back to o'charlies but probably not this location. I completely get the food industry and it just seemed like the staff could of been ran a little tighter considering they weren't busy and done in and carryout were having problems. Things happen maybe it was just an off night I appreciate the manager taking care of me forgot to get his name.“

“I brought a group to IHop today, and again had excellent service. I had called ahead to reserve side private room. Casey.waited on us today. He was very good. The manager was attentive also.

“Tried seafood gumbo for first time at Juneteenth on Ave Saturday and researched and found the food truck on Sunday. The gumbo is authentic and delicious. I'm eager to try other menu items. I'll be checking out the Gumbo Dude often.“

“Build your own omelet great presentation, tastes great, everything as requested except spinach not included. No problem removed from the bill. Server extremely attentive and gave outstanding hospitality. I would recommend people to come eat here anyway. Facility extremely clean. Smells good. Hostess greeting customers as arrive and depart. “We went for brunch and loved the atmosphere and our server was wonderful. The only thing that was as odd is that the coffee pot was broken and they didn't have coffee available for brunch at 11am? The music was a bit loud to hear over and would have been more appropriate later in the day. Overall loved the food and experience. We look forward to going back again!“
