It's Arby's... Hit or miss.
Jordan has amazing customer service and is a very positive vibe.
I just had what was possibly the best, kindest and most respectful drive through experience I’ve ever had at a fast food drive through. The people working the drive through were SO nice! And when their computer froze up. They apologized for the delay, checked on me while they were getting it going and we just so genuinely kind. Jennifer took my order and she was sooooo kind!
