We went through the drive thru about 6 pm tonight. The gentleman in the drive thru (the only one working) was excellent! I ordered the Buffalo chicken wrap. This was THE messiest mess of a wrap I've ever had. 12 napkins later, I got through half of it and had to throw the rest away. That being said, their Buffalo chicken tasted great. Due to proximity, I frequently order carry out through the Arby's website, then pick up in the drive through.When the female manager is on duty, everything is immaculate.When she's not, there are some minor annoyances. For example, multiple times, I've ordered a milkshake and been told the machine was down, or similar.
