“This was my first time and I will try it again. I'd like there was option for sauces to get them on the side instead of ober the food, just in case.

Vegetarian options: Rice, beans, fajita, corn, guacamole, lettuce, onion, grilled red pepper. But unlike Chipotle, we can't order all of them together since the options are limited to 6 only.“

“Got a barbacoa burrito bowl, with the hot sauce on it. Which had habanero peppers in it. Very hot, was literally sweating, but DELICIOUS. Nice to break the monotony of chipotle. I now prefer this place instead. I would say the food is a higher quality with many more options. The hot head sauce is creamy delicacy and a must try. Very good service here as well.“

“I was greeted by the nicest worker, he said his name was j or jay, worked super fast, and was helping me and my husband understand the menu, we are both very hard of hearing and he was willing to be extremely patient and kind for us to communicate. He was able to make us feel surprisingly welcomed in the restaurant. We need more people like that in the restaurant business!“

“This location is a great place. I’ve been going here for practically 5 years straight. Once or twice I’ve meet the owner and he’s a great guy. There are a couple people here who have been working for a while now and they’re great. One issue though is they frequently hire family and those workers tend to be slower and very bad on portions. Overall great location and great food. Just try to train these employees!“

“My wife and I randomly chose to eat here for our date night and we're so happy we did. The food was so good! The staff were so friendly to us. We even got to meet the owner and hear his story of his family opening Italian restaurants, beginning with his dad immigrating to the states years ago.“

“I placed a mobile order because I ordered a fair bit of food. Parking here is good, it's around the back, no complaints. Store looked a bit disheveled but it was also 6pm on a Friday, so that's to be expected. The server asked if I was placing an order or getting Doordash; not if she could help or anything. I was fine with the kinda mid service here, I just wanted my food and to get home. $65 for queso, 2 sauces, 2 sides of chips, a smothered burrito, a regular burrito and 2 quesadillas was a pretty good deal to me... until I got home to the food. The quesadillas are TINY. $13 for something about the size of a 6-inch Tortilla was incredibly disappointing. The smothered burrito was flavorful, but smaller than a Chipotle bowl, and half the ingredients were just thrown on top of it. Corn tasted like something out of a can and the jarred jalapeños were a bit of a letdown. Everything else was pretty good in it though. The chorizo was the star of the quesadilla, and all the sauces I got (hot head, southwest ranch and queso) really carried the meal for me. Would I order this again over Chipotle? Absolutely. Over Qdoba? Not a chance. But they're closer to my house, so I'm fine with it.“

“Placed an online order through the app and the order defaulted to a pickup time that I couldn’t change 30minutes from the initial order placement. Went into the store and the staff made my food immediately and quickly so I could get back to work from my lunch break.“

“Moved here from Texas last year and a friend told us about Hot Head Burritos. We tried it that first week and absolutely love it. Food and service are really good. I do wish they'd fix their app. We have a ton of reward points (you can redeem them for free food), but it will never let me use the points, so they're basically useless to me.“

“I visit the location semi-frequently and the staff is usually friends, the employee turn out seems high because depending on who's working will determine if you get good/generous portions but there are time where you walk away desiring more.“
