About Chipotle Mexican Grill

Chipotle Mexican Grill offers a fast-casual dining experience with a focus on customizable Mexican-inspired dishes. Several reviewers have praised the restaurant's staff for their efficiency and friendliness, especially during busy periods. One customer highlighted the timely and accurate fulfillment of their online order, a rarity according to their experience. Another customer, who encountered a delay due to unavailability of a menu item, received exceptional service from the staff, including a complimentary replacement bowl and a discount. Mason absolutely killed it with the portions and customer service, giving perfect amounts of rice and meat. Service was fast and efficient, and everyone working was very nice. Food was fresh and cooked well. The inside is nice and has decent seating. They also have a patio for when the weather is nicer. Overall, this location is decent if you're craving Chipotle, but don't come in expecting speed or flawless service during busy times. One recurring issue is the spice level of the regular chicken.

Restaurant was filthy. No trash can outside and almost every table was dirty inside and out. Chipotle do better!

This is definitely the best Chipotle in town. Just seems like it's always so clean and they never get my order wrong. This one is just on another level, there are two Chipotles closer to my house but I always go to this one because the people are so nice and do a great job. All my friends say the same thing. Thank you guys!!
