“People need to stop expecting the world from a location that is understaffed. I know it's inconvenient and frustrating to wait too long for your food and not be treated like royalty but I've seen the way customers treat the workers here (actually I took the time to help a fellow customer, they assumed I worked there and were rude to me) and the truth is if I were in the employees' shoes I would be miserable too.
Be nice to people and they might be nice back.
PS this is coming from a broke DoorDasher who gets (barely) paid per order.

“Been to this Wendy’s a few times, and they give the right quality of Wendy’s (sad that I have to say that now). There is a bit of a wait, but not to get the low rating this location has? Nice and clean on the inside, a bit annoying curb for the driver thru (pop my tire on it the first time),but overall this is a good Wendy’s.“
