Our server went above and beyond mentioning to her manager that we were meeting friends we do not get to see often, and surprised us with a glass of champagne so we could do a toast. we will definitely be back. He is a pleasure to work with, he knows his job and does it very well. The servers were so kind and worked so hard while keeping a smile on their faces at all times. And the food...it was incredible. I am a picky Italian when it comes to Italian food and Alesci's has some of the best Italian food in Cleveland. Everything tasted fresh, homemade and authentic and my guests LOVED the food which makes me that much happier. This is the second wedding that Alesci's catered for me. I have 2 more kids to marry off and will no doubt be calling on Alesci's again! 5 stars on all accounts.“

“I haven’t had authentic Italian food in too long. Our salad dressing was to die die! The zucchini appetizer was divine and the dipping sauces perfect. Our main courses were perfect and to top it all of there was warm bread and olive oil with herbs to dip it in. Highly recommend!“

“The food was very good. I was a bit surprised that they don't grate fresh cheese here (and instead provide a shaker) since even Olive Garden does that. Also, the potstickers come in orders of four, which seemed stingy. Service was a bit lackluster. Our server had an attitude in particular; she left us hanging twice and muttered things under her breath walking past our table. And they were out of the dessert special that they offered us.

The food outweighed the lackluster service. Would recommend.“

“We had my birthday celebration there. Let me tell you, the experience was just beautiful. There were 16 of us, and they catered to our every need. The serving staff was patient, and very thorough. They were so attentive, and made certain we were very well taken care of. THE FOOD! Man oh man. That food was the bomb. “I just went here for the first time and I have to say the food was fresh and delicious! My friend and I split the homemade cavatelli with meat sauce and lasagne. Both were perfect! The salads were fresh and the homemade Italian dressing was so good! The server was very friendly and good as well. I'm definitely coming back soon for another meal.“

“I heard good things about this place so I came to check it out. I was seated instantly on a Friday night which was extremely busy. My food came out literally 5 minutes after I ordered. I had the lamb rigitoni and it was amazing. Sierra was my server and she was polite and efficient. Will definitely be coming back.“

“Concerto is our favorite place to eat in the MGM Casino. The food is served hot and it is very delicious. A very good alternative to the other restaurants in the casino. All of their food is good and the serving sizes are just enough to fill our appetites.“

“The red headed black male chef that served me today was condescending and rude. I was expecting great service since he was the chef and only two people in front of me. He was too busy correcting me on menu item names to make my order correctly. This location needs better service from the chef. No napkins and 2 forks left at the drink station that needs cleaning as well.

Went back 12/11 and had a wonderful experience with a different chef, Chef Geovanni. He was kind and efficient. I’ve updated my review based on that!“

“We drive from Madison to visit this Geraci's location. The staff is always friendly and the food is amazing. The homemade Geraci's sauce with pasta and a slice of pizza is always my go to. The price is very reasonable, especially compared other Italian restaurants.“

“Decided to try it after seeing reviews about their gluten free pizzas and how good they were. I will say that I am glad I did!! I can honestly say, their gluten free Detroit style pizza is the best gluten free pizza/dough that I’ve ever had!! I went to the Twinsburg location and the two guys making my pizzas, Isaiah and John, were very friendly and helpful! Their pizzas are a bit on the pricey side, especially for the sizes, but I will still definitely come back just for their gluten free pizzas! Thank you for making a gluten free dough that tastes so good and almost exactly like regular pizza dough!! Also, I should add, I got their vegan cheese as well and it tasted really good too!“
