“Great find! Would never have guessed a gem in a little strip mall. Super clean and tastefully decorated. (I am bias to Roosters however) Top notch service! The place was hopping and the staff stayed on top of it. Chefs super friendly and thanked us for coming. Food was promptly brought out hot, coffee cup was never empty. Great selection of breakfast items, we wanted to try everything! Reasonably priced! Highly recommend! Please support local establishments like The Sleepy Rooster!“

“Gorgeous redesign, loved the menu, great service. Loved everything we ate... caesar salad, curry chicken and the crab & caviar. I don't usually love creme brûlée but the Bourbon creme brûlée was the best I've ever had! Chocolate pot was delightful, too. The attention to detail, care for fine ingredients, and presentation is very evident. Drinks - had the Smoked Rosewood and Pineapple Smash, will come back just for those drinks... or desserts. Great service as we remembered from Umami. Welcome back, great job!“

“This is the place to go if you or anyone in your group need gluten free, dairy free, vegan or vegetarian - and for that we are so grateful! Don't miss the pretzel appetizer and our vegetarian friends love the vegetarian meatball appetizer. The dishes with vegan cheese were not a hit. And sides like the potato salad were a miss. But everyone who had the pizzas with regular cheese was very happy. Tables are extremely close together - the waitstaff had trouble getting to us. And it's a very loud environment on a busy Saturday night. But if you can get the booth back by the hallway to the bathroom, sound is better.“

“My husband and I Stopped in randomly after driving past on a Saturday afternoon. We loved it. Sat at the bar. Talked to one of the owners who served up a fantastic cranberry orange margarita! Cozy atmosphere. We shared the breakfast burger with the most perfectly fried hash browns and a side of the Brussel sprouts! No complaints. Everything was delicious! Highly recommend!“

We had the rolls with the honey butter and I had the mushroom pizza, my friend had another pizza and we both loved our food. The staff was awesome too. “Excellent seafood. I eat seafood all the time and the shrimp here are large and of good quality. I got a rice bowl with curry sauce. The sausage crawfish and shrimp were plentiful. “This hands down has been the best dining experience I've had in a good while! From walking in and being greeted with a smile to the service and made from scratch dishes! Don't judge just because it sits next to a convienet store, this place is a gem! Walking in, the decor is modern and they had good music playing with a bar lined with TV's showing football and there was lots of chatter giving you a vibrant environment! Even the ladies bathroom was nice and clean!

To start, we ordered their catfish nuggets and their homemade dipping sauce and they were both cooked and seasoned to perfection 👌🏽!! Even my 3yr old who doesn't eat fish devoured them thinking they were chicken nuggets because there was no fishy taste to them! Lol, when asked if they got 1 thumbs up or 2, he simply showed me 👍🏽 👍🏽 up with a smile!

Onto dinner, we ordered the smothered pork chops with mashed potatoes and mac n cheese and it was delicious! The 2nd dinner was the orange roughy with mac n cheese and candied yams. The fish was flaky and again, cooked to perfection! The mac n cheese was creamy and cheesy, just the way it should be! To wash it all down I ordered a Blueberry infused Lemon Drop Slushie that was so tasty and they didn't shy on the liquor!

To finish out the meal, I ordered a slice of their pecan topped sweet potato pie to go and let's just say it didn't make it home! While it was still warm I took one bite that led to finishing the whole thing!!

“I always like to eat here, win or lose. Its very affordable, fast, and the servers are super awesome. I recommend the fish and chips, and the meatloaf.. Everything Ive tried is delicious tho! I'm picky too!

“Thankfully they were open late because we needed somewhere moderately priced with decent food to take my brother out for a birthday dinner. The food was a B-, service could have definitely been better and the atmosphere was average. Drinks could improve and steaks ordered were reasonable. Would go back but more so thankful for the late hours!“
