“I took my mom to the Giant Eagle in Chesterland for her Covid vaccine.!she received the second shot. I told the folks there but I’d like to just tell everyone, that they did a great job. Very organized, very minimal wait time. Very knowledgeable of the whole process. Very very courteous. I can’t say enough good about the pharmaceutical staff as a Chesterland giant eagle.“

“My daughter and I went into Crumbl this week and we were so excited to try a new flavor this week! I had the confetti cake cookie and it was a confetti in my mouth of flavors! It was amazing. My daughter grabbed the strawberry cheesecake cake and it looked amazing she took two bites and said it was too sweet for her...insert sad face. Overall it was a good visit outside of the young people that work in the evenings, they never speak when you come in and you have to get their attention for them to help you on top of they act like it's a hassle to help or work at work...the irony in that is insane. Luckily they have multiple locations so we will visit another one in the future.“

The younger employees be needing home training before they get a job because their customer service sucks. But anywho during the day, I love this location and the cookies!“

We stopped in, were greeted by a kind man and saw not much was left except some Cinnamon Rolls. Figured that meant they must’ve been good, tried one of them and it was amazing! “Found this adorable place where we stopped for lunch. I had a chicken/bacon/ranch wrap and my friend had a quinoa protein salad bowl with sweet potatoes etc. Food was extremely fresh! We both loved our food as we stayed to people watch and sit at one of the cute tables. Then we bought 4 different bakery products to take home with us. ALL were very good but the cheesecake was our favorite. Our second favorite were the pecan tassie bars. We highly recommend DS Cakes & Sweet Cafe. Everything was reasonably priced, and it is a bright, clean, fun place to visit.“

They messed up our cake order with 3 different mistakes. then when I called I heard one of the people on the phone in the background talking badly about me. wildly unprofessional! saying i left with the cake so its not their problem.(my husband picked it up and when he brought it home I realized all the mistakes made) so I called immediately like 10 mins later and the baker left for the day so we had to just have a cake that was incorrect. Tues I spoke to the baker who made the cake and explained to her the mistakes that were made. she just kept trying to shift blame onto me. saying oh well you left with the cake so its not our problem once you leave with it. I expressed my husband picked it up cause I was getting ready for the party and as soon as he opened it I saw immediately it was wrong and called you within minutes. didnt matter she wasnt willing to help us out. no discount. no refund, no nothing. she kept blaming her mistakes on the photo I sent her being "too old to see" but the mistakes had nothing to do with the picture. it was a HER mistake not a picture mistake. 1: there was to be no writing on the cake because we have a topper. and they wrote on the cake. 2.I asked them to write a message on the cake board instead. which they didnt. 3. I asked for light pale pink flowers and they were bright fuschia pink. but somehow those mistakes are because of an "old photo?" ok. **eye roll** she took zero ownership and gave no help toward finding a fair way to make the customer happy. I do not recommend this place. they are rude, don't follow instructions, overpriced, poor customer service, and take zero responsibility for their actions. absolutely blown away being treated this way by a buisness. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. below is will post photos of the cake and the notes stating what I wanted and didnt get.“

“Heard about this place from a coworker. Not easy to find - the owner runs her business out of her house. Asian bakeries/patisseries are hard to come by in the Cleveland area so naturally I was excited to try and was not disappointed. Ordered a box of pastries as well as their green tea roll cake. Croissants are the best I’ve had in Cleveland. So many flaky layers, perfect texture, just the right amount of sweetness. Green tea roll cake was also phenomenal. Had bits of red bean and the cream was light and airy. The cake itself was soft and moist. Will be coming back. Highly recommend“
