“I took my mom to the Giant Eagle in Chesterland for her Covid vaccine.!she received the second shot. I told the folks there but I’d like to just tell everyone, that they did a great job. Very organized, very minimal wait time. Very knowledgeable of the whole process. Very very courteous. I can’t say enough good about the pharmaceutical staff as a Chesterland giant eagle.“

“I love this location but at certain times of the day. During the day the customer service is on point!!! But evening / night it’s trash. The younger employees be needing home training before they get a job because their customer service sucks. But anywho during the day, I love this location and the cookies!“

“My daughter and I went into Crumbl this week and we were so excited to try a new flavor this week! I had the confetti cake cookie and it was a confetti in my mouth of flavors! It was amazing. My daughter grabbed the strawberry cheesecake cake and it looked amazing she took two bites and said it was too sweet for her...insert sad face. Overall it was a good visit outside of the young people that work in the evenings, they never speak when you come in and you have to get their attention for them to help you on top of they act like it's a hassle to help or work at work...the irony in that is insane. Luckily they have multiple locations so we will visit another one in the future.“

“One of my coworkers brought me in some cinnamon rolls as a token of appreciation for a job I ran for him earlier this year. They were each like the size of a softball. They looked amazing and smelled up the place. I started splitting them up and sharing and before I knew it, poof they were gone before I could stuff one in my mouth. Everyone was like OMG, these are UH-mazing. So, I called up to Michael's Bakeshop in DTW and ordered another half-dozen for the following morning which was a Saturday and three of my kids were coming home, so perfect. Let me tell you, if you want some bomb-ass cinnamon rolls to go with your morning coffee/tea/energy drink/bourbon whatever, I STRONGLY recommend these fellas. I mean, you can't doubt a fat guy when it comes to food, right? I'm right on this.“

“I love White Flower Cake Shoppe! Ten years ago, we went to them to make our wedding cake. Lauren took inspiration from the lace on my dress to create the beautiful design and my bouquet for inspiration on the flowers. This year, for our 10 year anniversary I asked if she could make a mini replica to celebrate. It was so gorgeous and delicious! We did the white cake with strawberry filling and yellow cake with chocolate ganache, just like our wedding cake. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate the outstanding level of customer service, attention to detail and take talent that goes into every item I’ve had over the years. We visit their Strongsville and Woodmere locations for case cakes, have ordered holiday/birthday cakes and stopped in for macaroons, cupcakes, cakesiclea and more over the years- it’s always so awesome! I absolutely recommend them for any of your bakery needs (or wants bc they can make it happen!)

“I will NEVER order from this business again. They messed up our cake order with 3 different mistakes. then when I called I heard one of the people on the phone in the background talking badly about me. wildly unprofessional! saying i left with the cake so its not their problem.(my husband picked it up and when he brought it home I realized all the mistakes made) so I called immediately like 10 mins later and the baker left for the day so we had to just have a cake that was incorrect. Tues I spoke to the baker who made the cake and explained to her the mistakes that were made. she just kept trying to shift blame onto me. saying oh well you left with the cake so its not our problem once you leave with it. I expressed my husband picked it up cause I was getting ready for the party and as soon as he opened it I saw immediately it was wrong and called you within minutes. didnt matter she wasnt willing to help us out. no discount. no refund, no nothing. she kept blaming her mistakes on the photo I sent her being "too old to see" but the mistakes had nothing to do with the picture. it was a HER mistake not a picture mistake. 1: there was to be no writing on the cake because we have a topper. and they wrote on the cake. 2.I asked them to write a message on the cake board instead. which they didnt. 3. I asked for light pale pink flowers and they were bright fuschia pink. but somehow those mistakes are because of an "old photo?" ok. **eye roll** she took zero ownership and gave no help toward finding a fair way to make the customer happy. I do not recommend this place. they are rude, don't follow instructions, overpriced, poor customer service, and take zero responsibility for their actions. absolutely blown away being treated this way by a buisness. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. below is will post photos of the cake and the notes stating what I wanted and didnt get.“

“Heard about this place from a coworker. Not easy to find - the owner runs her business out of her house. Asian bakeries/patisseries are hard to come by in the Cleveland area so naturally I was excited to try and was not disappointed. Ordered a box of pastries as well as their green tea roll cake. Croissants are the best I’ve had in Cleveland. So many flaky layers, perfect texture, just the right amount of sweetness. Green tea roll cake was also phenomenal. Had bits of red bean and the cream was light and airy. The cake itself was soft and moist. Will be coming back. Highly recommend“

“Came out of my way to check out the Miles Farmer's Market based on other reviews, but discovered the entrances are prominently posted prohibiting lawful concealed carry on the property. This is the right of the owners, but it means I won't be shopping here. No indication of any protective security measures, so the Miles Farmer's Market apparently believes signs will keep bad guys away. They won't protect their customers and prohibit their customers from being able to do so themselves.“

“I want to say thank you, thank you, thank you to Ethan and his staff for doing such an absolutely amazing job at my daughter's wedding this past weekend. Ethan is the best! He is a pleasure to work with, he knows his job and does it very well. The servers were so kind and worked so hard while keeping a smile on their faces at all times. And the food...it was incredible. I am a picky Italian when it comes to Italian food and Alesci's has some of the best Italian food in Cleveland. Everything tasted fresh, homemade and authentic and my guests LOVED the food which makes me that much happier. This is the second wedding that Alesci's catered for me. I have 2 more kids to marry off and will no doubt be calling on Alesci's again! 5 stars on all accounts.“
