“Surprisingly quiet for a Friday night. Experienced friendly and fast service at the bar. Ordered the brisket sandwich. Food came quickly and was hot. The brisket was tender and tasty. The red onions didn’t enhance the meat however. The optional mushroom sauce was not appetizing looking and was luke warm. Onion rings were good and worth the up charge. I feel like the menu has gotten a bit stale. May need to change it up a bit to keep the long time patrons coming back.
The bourbon selection is outstanding for this area. Plenty of the sought after pours and plenty of lesser known choices as well.“

“The menu offers a great variety of appetizers, salads, and entrees. Service and staff are efficient, professional, courteous, and just plain on top of their roles. It is a great atmosphere and extremely well managed! Great job, all who participated in serving a party of 16 on Sunday!“

“Had lunch there today. My daughter graduated from Lakeland and I took her, my son, his wife and baby. Everyone enjoyed b the food, hot and delicious, service was spot on, very attentive. Enjoyed the whole experience. Definetly will go back. Thanks to the staff.“

“We always go to the Chardon location. Never had a bad experience. Hubby and I love the chicken marsala. We were sadden when it was removed from the menu. We went today and its on special. “This place is an absolute hidden gem! You can go here. Get drinks, get food and get art all in a One-Stop shop. My girlfriend and I stopped here on a whim because we had seen a pop-up shop being advertised. We were really in for a treat when we got there. Though there is a blacksmith and glass blowing studio on site which was fun to visit and interesting. Inside the bar there is a ton of artwork and random pieces for sale as well as live music, food and drink. What a wonderful spot. Also, around the corner is a studio called Cleveland art. If you're not familiar, you should check it out. I believe that they are connected to the bar“

“So, long story short, don't expect any kind of service from the bartender if you come on a Saturday evening. I started not to say anything but after a lot of thought I felt like this needs to be said. My wife and I have visited this place on several occasions usually during the week and had great service from Maggie. However this past Saturday was a complete disaster. We came in to have a burger and beer and after arriving and sitting at a table in the bar area we waited.......and waited ........ and waited. Finally after sitting and watching the bartender who we later learned was Kate socializing with what appears to be her friends for almost 15 minutes we finally flagged a guy walking by asking him if there was a waitress for this area. He stopped immediately and apologized asking what we wanted to drink and then proceeded to go behind the bar and grab our drinks himself. Coming back he apologized and asked if we wanted something to eat and took our order. Our food was later brought out by someone else and the whole time the bartender continued to socialize with the two or three people at the bar that appeared to be friends. Only after our food was brought out did she finally decide to tear herself away from her social group and grace her with her presence, and even this interaction seemed to be a bother to her. Guess I made a long story longer. Point is the bartender Kate is ok if you're in her social group. If you're not forget about getting any kind of service from her.“

Everyone at Kate’s was welcoming and we enjoyed karaoke and the different varieties of singers. We want to visit the area again someday.“

“Surprised at how good the food is for a bar in a plaza. We stopped in mid-week and they had trivia, then karaoke. We must have lucked out, there were some very talented singers in the house! We were lucky enough to have almost 150 people come show their support for us and kathy made sure we had enough space and food for everyone to be comfortable. They not only provided amazing food for us but also helped an incredible amount with set up and tear down of the event. We are so thankful for everything. From the food, to the plates, napkins, table cloths, tickets and the space she provided for our event, the bartenders amanda and melissa did an amazing job as well!
