“Went there for the first time last Friday. Person who served us was very friendly. So was the manager who came over and helped us when they accidentally served my wife onions. Fixed it right away. They make a stew that is really great. We'll go back again for more of it. Definitely we'll be back.“

“Fantastic lunch with a great friend! couldn't decide between a couple items so the waitress suggested their Toofer - basically a soup and sandwich. I got the Seafood Bisque cup and a half Ruben sandwich. Both tasted great and waitress was spot on (there when we needed her and not there when we didn't need her). “Today it was chilly and rainy. I got off work early and had been thinking about trying ramen here for days. I sat at the sushi counter with my book and my sweater. I ordered the Kiiro (yellow) ramen. Let me tell you, this was a nice warm hug in a bowl and everything I was hoping for. Calvin was a lovely man making sushi behind the counter. He was very amiable and easy to chat with. I work close by and will definitely be back. I cant wait to try the Kuro (black) ramen. “Very nice resteraunt in the heart of Gates Mills. We had two very solid cocktails, the navy bean soup and Thai Lemengrass pot stickers to start. All solid. For mains, we ordered the blackened grouper special with mustard sauce and a center cut steak. Both were specials and came with string beans and mashed potatoes. Beans were cooked to perfection, mashed potatoes were really good, steak was super tender and tasty, and the Grouper filet was really big and broiled perfectly. We tried the lemon marcapone cake and it was also very good.“

“My husband and I Stopped in randomly after driving past on a Saturday afternoon. We loved it. Sat at the bar. Talked to one of the owners who served up a fantastic cranberry orange margarita! Cozy atmosphere. We shared the breakfast burger with the most perfectly fried hash browns and a side of the Brussel sprouts! No complaints. Everything was delicious! Highly recommend!“

“The Aladdins in Bainbridge is our favorite Aladdins. The food is just as consistently delicious at the other locations, but we feel the customer service at this location is top notch. Our server last night was Amanda. The employees are always friendly, attentive, and working hard to serve the customers (whether they be dine in or customers picking up). The girls are always moving quickly, and with a purpose. My wife and I are vegetarian, and there are plenty of meatless dishes to enjoy. We each ordered a salad (Mujadara Power Salad and Cranberry Walnut Salad), and as always, they were fresh, and delicious. Also had the Len-Chili soup, which was piping hot and not too spicy.“

“Yesterday was a Sunday, I worked all day. On top of it, my Jeep had a flat and it was late on a Sunday so no shops were open. I hadn't had the chance to go grocery shopping because I worked overtime last week because its Birthday Season/Holiday Season. So decided to doordash dinner because i was starving. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with Mayo on it. First there was no bacon. How do you forget to put bacon on a bacon cheeseburger? The burger was blackened burnt.Then there was no Mayo on it, and usually that wouldn't bother me cuz it's a condiment that is usually in most people's fridges, except mine, because I hadn't gone grocery shopping. I can't eat a dry burger. Needless to say I went to bed hungry last night. May I add I work in healthcare and we're in an active covid outbreak. I was so exhausted and work has been so stressful, that this whole ordeal literally made me cry tears. I felt defeated and I was looking forward to chowing down that burger. The most upsetting part was how much my food cost, and the prices are hiked on doordash. I can't wrap my head around how careless the cook obviously was.“

“We don't recommend Lino's because their customer service isn't there. When customers come in and sit down they should be acknowledged. My husband and I read about Lino's being on the PD's list of one of the places that had the best wings. Well, we just left there about 8:30 after walking in, the lady bartender working tonight and I made eye contact, we sat down and she didn't come to see if we wanted to order. We sat for a few more minutes thinking she'd come over or perhaps another person was in the kitchen that would come take our order but that didn't happen so we left. Customer service isn't there at all. We headed over to Craggy"s Boglands Pub and the lady bartender greeted us right away and was very welcoming.“

Any food I have had has been excellent. It has been consistent throughout many dinners.
