Buffalo Wild Wings in Cincinnati

“The cashier asked if I wanted utensils, napkins, ketchup. I said yes to all and elaborated on the ketchup. Guess what? There was no ketchup in the bag. I was not happy. No time to go back to the restaurant for what I had already asked for. Everyone wants a tip, but who is willing to check that you get everything you paid for and was offered to you.“

“First time here, I was impressed. Decent happy hour drink prices and food. Emily was our waitress and she did a great job. I would go back. 111323 not busy at all tonight. Prices have really gone up. Happy hour prices aren't good anymore. Got a classic burger, it was good. 012725 got a classic chicken sandwich, it was good, Sophie was our waitress, she did a good job.“

“Service was good, did bottomless appetizers which is an excellent deal if you’re just a couple on a budget like I am, manager was walking around the dining room checking on tables and making sure food was correct, our server apparently been there 2 weeks or so and you couldn’t even tell she was friendly and knowledgeable and efficient/attentive would come back to this location again“

“If you want consistency with your food this is the place. I get tired of going to Wing places and one time you get crispy wings and the next time you get soggy wings. Buffalo wild wings and burgers are consistently good, and so is the service. I do wish they had better blue cheese though. That actually kept me from going here for years but it's pretty much my go-to place now because it's close to home, good food, and good service.“

“The server had 2 tables and was slow for refills and getting orders. The restaurant is self sitting. Tv's plenty of sports to watch. Atmosphere low key, not excited about any of sports. The temperature of the food is hot and fresh. Great deals for food if in the rewards program.“

“I will start with saying, looking at the reviews and ratings hubby and I were very skeptical of going to this bdubs. Although we wanted to watch the Pacers play!
We decided to give it a try thinking what worst can happen? We know what shit service we get in Indianapolis. So we were going in with no expectations....
Let me tell you, when we sat down 4 mins later Julia our server shows up. We had decided that will put drinks n food order together just in case if this location takes longer too! So we put in complete order all together.
Entire Food (20wings+fries) came in like 7-9 mins after our drinks that Julia brought to us in like 3-4 mins after placing. Food tasted very fresh not sitting in the kitchen for too long.
I would say please give this location a try. You will be surprised. Dont always read the negative reviews and think that that situation might happen to you.“
