Trash app. and management not helpful. They will take money off your card without fulfilling the order only to cancel breakfast orders 1 second after 1030. They will blame the bank and tell you to take it up with them. Horrible service and practices!
Waiting 40 minutes in drive thru line. Noone out taking orders. I had done a mobile order and had made mistake. when reached menu board they were happy to correct my error. Very happy, reached window and apologized again for my mistake. Assured no big deal and everything was correct. Wrong. Paid for extra chicken didn't receive, no salad dressings for salad. How do you eat a salad w no dressing?
Tried calling number doesn't work. Called 800 number 3x in different weeks....read full review
30 min in the drive thru line where you are trapped and can’t get out. One person taking orders. Horrible, I could have went is due, ordered and ate quicker! Terrible, so disappointing
