I visited the Queensgate location with some friends before the Bengals game today, a spot I've been quite a bit over the years and have to say the staff there today was great! It was very busy, being a Sunday morning and a game day, and even though they looked to be a bit understaffed, all the employees I interacted with did such a great job, especially their servers. I know with reviews a lot of times people only get on to complain about things, so I thought it was important...

They didn’t look like they were open they were not busy at all but the server and the whole staff was extremely nice and friendly it was the best pancakes we have ever gotten the food was excellent and it was over all the best service I have gotten in a long time
