Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes. The little boy told me that there was only 2 people working there. And I didn't get all of my food. That place is a hot mess.
You guys have got to get it together at this KFC. When I pulled up, the lady working drive thru loudly said “ I can’t hear you!” and came back a few min later. I watched one order take 20 min. Line many cars back. It’s fast food chicken, it can’t be that complicated. You guys will continue to lose business to Chick Fil A if you don’t learn to pick up the pace and train your employees better. Such a shame.
