bathrooms were disgusting as was the dining area. employees were playing in the bathrooms with their friends when my family and I walked in. they were rude when asking for things they left out even though they were accounted for in the purchase. busy gossiping and what im assuming was a new employee looked terrified. was given dirty looks from the staff after standing at the counter to ask for my sauces they didnt give me to begin with.

Went to this McDonald's on my way to my home in Cleveland.. had a pretty simple order, a small french fry, a sweet tea, and a coffee with four creams or sugars. Everything was fine but the coffee the coffee was probably a little bit old and it was not warm so I asked for a new pot and I told her that I didn't mind waiting five minutes. I went to Westchester McDonald's by the hospital , I was the only one in the drive through my fries was cold my bun was hard , and I was already half way home then I tried to stop at the feilds Ertal one and once and my burger tasted like it was laying around for hours, make me never want to go back and eat at any McDonald's again.
