I’ve never had a better burger in my life. I just wish they were open during the weekend because it’s 45 minutes away from where I live so it’s hard to get there during the week. The food is to die for, and the atmosphere of a small place is even better. Seeing the historic on the inside was breathtaking
So first things first. The fish log is actually the best piece of cod in Cincinnati. The burgers are great. The joint was spotless, the owner, Elmer was is a great one, great conversation. My only regret is not having been a regular for 20 years . Bring some friends. Odd hours but they will probably thank you forever. Great start for a night in north side

Everything is pretty good and generously portioned. The Fish Log is what they’re known for but their chili and sandwiches are also really good. It reminds me of your grandpas bar, even has a couple lazy boy recliners.
