“We ordered Baja hot bowl and it was delicious. Service was easy and fast. There is ample parking at the place. Access to this place could be a challenge from main road. Overall a good value for money.

“New store with drive thru. Only issue is the wait in drive thru line when order placed thru the app. Concern is how long is the food sitting while I'm waiting for others to place order or pick up. Hopefully this becomes a moot point as the store is new and might be working out the “

“Absolutely LOVE this Colerain Panera location! My order is always ready at the Rapid Pick-Up station morning and afternoon, and everything is always perfect. They have a terrific manager who was sweet enough to offer me a taste of the new Fireside Chili, which was scrumptious, after I raved about Panera bringing back my beloved Baked Potato Soup! Happy to be working on this side of town now that I realize they have the BEST Panera here with the friendliest, most efficient and excellent employees and management.“

“This is my favorite Panera location. Not too crazy busy and if something is not right with my order or not available, they try to make it right or offer substitutions. I had a deal in the app and the friendly employee working the drive-thru made sure I was able to redeem it. She was also helpful in explaining specific menu items. I had the Toasted Italiano with the Mexican Style Street Corn Chowder and it was super yummy and filling!“

“The team was so accommodating to me and my 14 month old when we came in to eat. Sometimes it’s hard going to eat solo with a toddler but they made the experience great for us and were very helpful even though they didn’t have to. It was clean and the food was great!“

“I come here for breakfast at least 4 times a week on my way to work. Every morning I am greeted by either Lena or Jacob. They have great customer service skills, and always serve me with a smile and a “have a nice day.” Without fail they are a wonderful start to my day on my way to work. The two of them always go above and beyond. I hope that these two people are being compensated well for their wonderful work. Great work guys!“

QUALITY of everything was great!!
SOUP & FRENCH BREAD was excellent!!
TURKEY BACON BRAVO had WAAAAAYY TOO MUCH Signature sauce! One half slice of bread was completely SOAKED! Even after trying to wipe it off, signature sauce flavor still overpowered every other flavor, it's all I could taste! In my opinion, would have been better with just a little MAYO. Sometimes, LESS is MORE.
Given the overall quality, I look forward to trying other options.

“Went there today for an early lunch hour. Wanted to order soup. Girl behind counter said they don't serve lunch for another 15 minutes. She was very polite and offered me a drink upon waiting. I said no thank you, I needed to get going and I'd be back another time. As I was walking out the door, a gentleman came running after me saying they could serve me the soup now. I went back in, ordered it and a pastry to go. Thank you ALL very much for accommodating my early lunch needs. This was very much appreciated!!“

“This location is usually understaffed and is frequently out of basic items at opening such as bagels and ice. When ordering pickup, items are almost always missing or incorrect (wrong size coffee or wrong flavor of bagels). I never have this issue with the other locations. The staff is always pleasant but clearly stressed out by staffing.“
