“Absolutely LOVE this Colerain Panera location! My order is always ready at the Rapid Pick-Up station morning and afternoon, and everything is always perfect. They have a terrific manager who was sweet enough to offer me a taste of the new Fireside Chili, which was scrumptious, after I raved about Panera bringing back my beloved Baked Potato Soup! Happy to be working on this side of town now that I realize they have the BEST Panera here with the friendliest, most efficient and excellent employees and management.“
“New store with drive thru. Only issue is the wait in drive thru line when order placed thru the app. Concern is how long is the food sitting while I'm waiting for others to place order or pick up. Hopefully this becomes a moot point as the store is new and might be working out the “
“This is top-shelf review that I almost don't want to leave, in fear that it might become crowded. But, it is not right for me to keep this gem to myself. This Panera is my favorite of all Panera's I have visit. And, as a perennial Sip Club member, I have visited a lot! It is clean and pleasant inside and has all the greenery outside. Someone walked out with our pickup order. Was waiting around and then said hey I do t have my order . They made up our order. The portion is smaller than another obese person would like to see .“
“I haven't been in a Panera in a while because im vegan now. But I found something:). Got the veggie sandwich ( added Avocado amd subtracted feta ). It was tasty. Ingredients always quality. Used their self service kiosks which i haven't before. Smooth process. Clean and comfortable seating area. Outside seating available as well.“
“The team was so accommodating to me and my 14 month old when we came in to eat. Sometimes it’s hard going to eat solo with a toddler but they made the experience great for us and were very helpful even though they didn’t have to. It was clean and the food was great!“

SOUP & FRENCH BREAD was excellent!!
TURKEY BACON BRAVO had WAAAAAYY TOO MUCH Signature sauce! One half slice of bread was completely SOAKED! Even after trying to wipe it off, signature sauce flavor still overpowered every other flavor, it's all I could taste! In my opinion, would have been better with just a little MAYO. Sometimes, LESS is MORE.
Given the overall quality, I look forward to trying other options.

“This location is usually understaffed and is frequently out of basic items at opening such as bagels and ice. When ordering pickup, items are almost always missing or incorrect (wrong size coffee or wrong flavor of bagels). I never have this issue with the other locations. The staff is always pleasant but clearly stressed out by staffing.“
“We ordered Baja hot bowl and it was delicious. Service was easy and fast. There is ample parking at the place. Access to this place could be a challenge from main road. Overall a good value for money.
