“We love this Panera at Market pl. The staff is wonderful - very efficient, professional and prompt! I usually pick up through drive through when I'm in a rush, and their service is excellent! The food is delicious, always fresh and yummy! My favorite is the Mediterranean veggie sandwich, also the chipotle chicken Avocado sandwich and the grilled cheese with chicken. I also love the interior of the restaurant and the warm ambience.“

“I could tell that the restaurant was understaffed by the coffee station looking sloppy and the supplies extremely low. The bagles were over baked and the cranberry slice was not heated up and I was not asked if I wanted it done. The cranberries were still frozen. Over all the place looked worn out.
The limited staff were respectful and handle a disputed receipt extremely well.“
“We just had a great experience at this Panera. Inez was so friendly at the counter. She was patient and explained the best way to order and told us some about the different soups. She had a huge smile on her face from start to finish. I hadn’t been to a Panera in many years and thanks to her, I will be coming back to them again. The food was delicious and the dining room was very clean.“
