“Ordered catering online... A bit of confusion as this location doesn't do catering orders, but was brought in from a nearby location. While I was initially annoyed, all was well when the delivery guy came in with the complete order. BTW, the shift manager was super nice in trying to figure out what was going on, kudos to her for her efforts. Recommend that whoever does the website make some changes to improve clarity.“
“Just went and got coffee and Maddie the Panera cashier was the kindest soul!
She was even festively dressed, and had a great cheerful smile and welcoming personality.
I rarely get coffee, but I'm very thankful and fortunate that I had the wonderful encounter with Maddie at the Panera!“
“I stop by here I stop by a couple days ago..... Our cup of soup, a bowl of soup, and a grilled cheese sandwich, I heard a total of thirty dollars... So, I asked her repeat that order.... I didn't want the excuse for why third dollars for so little food.. She told me a grilled cheese sandwich is nine dollars.... That is unheard of. two pieces of bread, and a piece of cheese nine dollars ... That Sandwich, it's must, come with a song-and-dance. I think I live in dayton ohio, not dubai....“
“I wasn't sure where to pick up my order I ordered in advance and when I walked in I asked the woman at the counter and she seemed disgusted and annoyed by the fact that I wasn't sure that the food was sitting on a shelf behind me it was my first time there I was I supposed to know. And then was even more disgusted by the fact that I didn't know where to fill my cup up with the drink that I had ordered. I'm sorry I haven't been there before I apologize for that it'll probably be enough to keep me from going back“
