“Lady in front of me was very rude to the manager demanding free food for another Popeyes mistake. He handled it very well while she was prissy the whole time. Then was very nice and hooked me up with a drink for a small wait for my food to be ready. Just was impressed with the whole situation. Will definitely be back again.“
“I love Popeye. Just one problem it seems like they will switch up on the deals .When you ask for spicy, they will give you that ghost pepper, and everyone can't eat that.

“Clean restaurant fast service and the food was hot and the drinks were cold the people working there all nice and when when one employee gave out the wrong I'm meal he tried to stop them from leaving and when he noticed his mistake and when they came back he made it more then right with the customer“
“I have been is several Popeye's and by far the one they built in Alexandria Kentucky is the best. They also have a cook named Charles that does the best blackened chicken tenders I have had anywhere in any named restaurant the man knows his stuff“
“I went in today for my lunch (I work in the mall) and I had placed an online order. I was unaware that you had to mention that you had an online order on arrival so after waiting a few minutes I was getting frustrated at the situation (my own fault) but the girls there went above and beyond to turn it around. She apologized for the inconvenience and gave me a pie. They really made it better and I'm grateful for the customer service.“
“First time at this location 8/15/25 and I’m extremely satisfied! I had given up on Popeyes because so many have gotten bad! This location had my order prepared in a timely manner and it was all fresh and it was late in the evening but the closing crew did their thing! It was only like 3 ppl working and they were pretty busy but they were friendly and got the job done the RIGHT way! Proof that a good crew is key! Thank you guys… you made my night!! And a special shoutout to the manager he was awesome!“
“I love that chicken from Popeyes. I had the wings they were perfect with those jalapeños!!! The strawberry biscuit was a little dry, but I still ate most of it.

“Haven't had much food experiences so I stopped coming by i was on this side of town for work. Food was quick and was hot and people were friendly. Got 2 sandwiches which were perfect and a 9 piece tender meal with potatoes and gravy all of which was great. Didn't skimp on gravy at all like old times. Hope to see the effort to continue.“
“Ordered a family meal online yesterday for me and the kiddos and went to go pick it up... had to wait a little while but it wasn't too bad.
When I got home, I realized that we were missing all the sides. I laughed and figured I was going to have to fight for our dinner....I was literally just up there and now had to drive all the way back.... so I called up there and actually got the nicest lady. She immediately apologized, confirmed the order and threw in dessert for the whole family. When I got back to the store... young lady at the front kept questioning who I talked to... honey, I don't know but I know I paid my hard earned cash and only received half my order lol.
Then I hear the angel's voice confirming that everything I was missing was already packed up and ready to go. Whoever the angel was, I deeply appreciated her for ensuring that the rest of my order was taking care of... she was so sweet over the phone... and I pray she will be blessed for her kindness.
Also, the food was great... kids and I ate well and loved the strawberry pies!!“
