Ordered a custom cake for my son’s birthday. Sent a picture of one of their own cakes that was in their display case, but asked to personalize it with my child’s name, age, and extra decoration around the cake to be made in chocolate. Instead I got modeling chocolate for his name/age that you could buy at hobby lobby with just his name, number, and inedible stars put on just the front. The whole back of the cake was not decorated.

I went into the bakery to pick up a Japanese cheesecake for $7.99 that shows on display and also a milk tea that shows $6.48 with tapioca for 98c. When the gentleman rang me up, the price came up to $8.99 for the Japanese cheesecake and $7.46 for the strawberry milk tea plus an additional $.98 for the tapioca. 5/5 for quality and service. I ordered a fruit cake for my daughter’s birthday. They were quick to respond and very helpful. The cake was a huge hit. One of the kids typically eats around cake frosting and eats just the cake itself, and she couldn’t get enough of this frosting!
