OUR FOOD LOOKED EXACTLY LIKE THE PICTURES ON THE KIOSK! AMAZING EXPERIENCEManagement and crew were perfect. Bathrooms clean and stocked completely. There were five groups of two to three people each right before we ordered, drive thru constant and we still received our food in a timely manner.
I had only been to "steak n shake" a couple times previously, and that was pre-Covid, so it's been a while.My wife ordered me a burger and fries (a double stacked burger with onions, bacon, BBQ sauce and cheese) with fries. It was okay. Fries needed salt but were warm (not hot).Burger was saved by the BBQ sauce.My wife stated "they changed their burgers" and didn't finish hers. Since I'm pretty unfamiliar with this chain, I have no idea how they are SUPPOSED to taste.

Kiosk ordering and pick up food from the counter. This location was closed even before covid. If this is what they have to do to survive, I guess it's OK. But I really miss the days of table service and waitresses. The food was good.
