Sugar and Spice has very bad customer service! I was on hold with them for over 17 minutes regarding an issue and no one ever answered the line. Ultimately I emailed them and they sent an initial email asking for more information but then they never followed up to my email or a follow up email I sent. They have really bad Customer Service!
We finally went to this place to try it out this morning. We sat down and immediately saw a roach crawling across our table. We obviously didn’t stay to eat. Yuck!
Amazing Food, Amazing Environment, Amazing Service (Their service is top-notch)! This was our first time enjoying Sugar N Spice for Breakfast. The eggs were so fluffy, pancakes were perfection and meat was all so delicious!
