Shoutout to [Swensons Stow, Oh] for giving me the stickiest ride of my life. Car detailing appointment booked! Worker with Australian accent This shake was so powerful it redecorated my car’s interior. Only brought me a small handful of napkins to clean up the mess. Didn’t even make a new milkshake. Left me with the one that was all sticky.
went to Swensons on Madison road in Cincinnati ohio. We had been meaning to try this since it open. We were a little disappointed in the serving size of the fries, Double cheese burger, and Fried bologna sandwich. Taste wise it was great. Service was fast and friendly. I'd recommend to anyone but I'd definitely recommend to double your order if you want enough to eat.
I did an online order tonight at the Fairlawn location. I waited and waited and finally turned my lights back on to inquire about my food. They accidentally gave my bag to another car! I had four guys come out to apologize and they hurried up and remade my food. The manager even came out to apologize. It was great customer service and my food was perfect and delicious! I commend them for being honest, apologizing and fixing the issue quickly. Thank you so much!!!!!
