About Taste of Belgium - Fields Ertel

Taste of Belgium - Fields Ertel offers a delightful selection of delicious waffles and various vegetarian options, catering to diverse dietary needs. The restaurant boasts a friendly service and a kid-friendly, wheelchair-accessible environment with ample parking. However, customers should be aware that the physical location may be closed even when the website indicates it is open. The popular birthday waffles and macaroons make for a celebratory treat.

The restaurant is praised for its quality recipes and dishes made with high-quality ingredients. Customers are encouraged to explore the menu and try new items, though the meatballs have received negative feedback and should be reconsidered for removal from the menu. The restaurant's waffles, particularly the warm Belgian waffle with fresh strawberries, homemade whipped cream, and warm local maple syrup, are highlighted as exceptional. The hand-held grilled chicken sandwich is also noted as tasty, though the ciabatta roll may need improvement.

Great beer and very tasty food and waffles

Amazing restaurant with so many quality recipes and dishes made with quality ingredients. If you’re feeling like exploring the menu and trying something new, stay away from the meatballs! Extreme disappointment! Very surprised this restaurant would serve an item of such low quality. This should be scrubbed from the menu. Just get rid of it. Meatballs in the frozen section of a grocery store are far better.

Love this restaurant!

The hand held grilled chicken sandwich was very tasty. Loved the mayo, cheese, lettuce tomato on it. However, the ciabatta roll seemed so tough....not sure if it was a little stale, or that ciabatta was the wrong type of bread for this sandwich. Would have liked a big croissant or a Kaiser Roll.
