Located on a quiet street, The Skeleton Root is an awesome urban winery. We paid $15 for a tasting of 3 locally made red wines. Jay, our sommelier, also gave us a neat tour of the property. The decor and ambiance were excellent.
The Teays wine was exceptional. We didn't actually eat here but the few wines that we did try were excellent. Kate also was very knowledgeable and very well spoken. She does an excellent job and exhibits an exceptional amount of professionalism. Thank you for the great experience!

We had my mom’s 80th birthday dinner and it was simply amazing! Kate was a tremendous host and helped me consider all the details to make the event very special. We had happy hour and charcuterie in the front room and then dinner in the barrel room. What a beautiful and unique setting! All 31 of us were at one, long table and it was just gorgeous.
