This Wendy's offers a positive dining experience with friendly and helpful staff who provide great recommendations. Customers appreciate the fresh food, noting that their meals, such as the burger and nuggets, taste good and are served hot and crispy. The restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere despite appearing run down from the outside. Many find the food to be consistent with classic Wendy's quality, especially the fries and double stack, which are often fresh and well-prepared. The staff are attentive, even during late hours, and take the time to serve meals freshly made. While some reviews mention waiting times, especially at the drive-thru, ordering ahead via the mobile app is suggested for convenience. Customer service varies depending on staff, with some experiencing occasional issues like missing items in breakfast sandwiches. Overall, this Wendy's is known for its good food, friendly service, and a nostalgic feel reminiscent of old school Wendy's.
