“We were in town for a soccer camp at TQL stadium the place is super neat located on the corner in an older buidling. Rated food 4 I got the 5 way, three coney dogs and a fry those were very fresh and crispy. I have heard a lot about this place I was not a huge fan but it was not bad. Service was a 2 for me because being the first impression the gentleman was kind of snappy as we walked in he said dine in or to go quickly demanding us step aside. He was not very pleasant to deal with. Maybe as a restaurant owner I expected the face of this establishment to be more personable. Over all I would try a coney dog in the future just at another location.“

“Finding a nut free bakery is almost impossible! This bakery is amazing, I have a peanut treenut allergy and I was sooo excited to find this donut shop. Even my boyfriend who does not have allergies absolutely loves this place. They do so many different flavors and are 100% nut free. I would recommend them again and again☺️“

“Update: I posted the below over a year ago. I'd just like to add that every time I get food here it's amazing.

Food is great. Bit expensive but I'd come here before going to Chipotle now.
Wish they had more topping options but it's a lot of food and very filling because of the rice. I got a bowl with steak and shrimp. Love the 1st customer coupon by purchasing online also.

“Our first time there. Driving across Ohio and had to try this famous Cincinnati staple. We sat at the bar. Hard young workers and friendly team. If I were to offer one little tip - the chili should be steaming hot. Ours was ok but not as hot (temperature wise) in my opinion. Very clean store! We’ll be back for sure.“

“My husband went through the drive thru pretty close to the time they close and placed an order when he got home we realized 2 of the coneys we ordered were not in the bag so I called to let them know and the manager I believe answered and asked if I wanted to come back that night or be mailed coupons I decided to go back since the order was for my hungry children lol but anyway he was the sweetest I had ever dealt with in fast food I felt bad because they close at 10 and I knew I would get there after that time but he told me to come anyway and that he would be more than happy to stay a little later for me when I got there around 10:15 not only did I get the 2 we paid for but he gave me 2 extra plus a piece of blueberry cheeses which was very good by the way and also a $10 gift certificate he was absolutely wonderful wish I would’ve gotten his name but anyway he was there (6/23/26) closing time so if whomever is over him sees this just know he’s the best!!“

“Awesome food! But these people don't admit wrong doing. Ive had some weird instances with their food and when you call them its a big deal to hop through their hoops just to get denied on a replacement order or anything comparable. After spending $30 its a let down but deal with it I guess.“

To pay and receive my order was maybe 7 minutes, if that. And they were a little busy inside as well. Also, for reference, I showed up 30 mins before closing time.“

“Chick-fil-A off Mason Montgomery has unmatched service. I have went to get curbside pick up there twice and the absolute sweetest old man has served me both times! He always makes sure my food is all correct before just leaving & both times he’s noticed i was EXTREMELY pregnant. He was so happy for me and asked me if he could add me to his prayers both times, asking the babies name & my due date… it was the most heart touching thing i’ve ever experienced from a complete stranger especially one whose only job is to bring me food. i look forward to seeing him next time i go. “went to Swensons on Madison road in Cincinnati ohio. We had been meaning to try this since it open. We were a little disappointed in the serving size of the fries, Double cheese burger, and Fried bologna sandwich. Taste wise it was great. Service was fast and friendly. I'd recommend to anyone but I'd definitely recommend to double your order if you want enough to eat.“

This place has always been really friendly, peaceful, quiet, and the food is so good. I love my usual server, Amy, she's awesome. The few times there have even been the slightest question of safety or miscommunication in the kitchen, they have remade his food with no problem. “A regular fast food experience, the chicken fingers were crispy and crunchy. I am not a huge fan of the Canes sauce. The customer service was good not great, I think this location needs to do more with a Chick-fil-eh right across the street. They are the gold standard for customer service and they have a long ways to get to that type of service and customer experience.“

I felt like she was just throwing the toppings on my pizza and moving quickly so she could get back to/be on her phone with another girl that was behind the counter with her. “Staff is pretty friendly for the most part. Environment was clean and there was plenty of seating. Restrooms were clean. Items were stocked. Orders are freshly made so there is a bit of a wait time but it's definitely worth it. It's a bit hot inside as the kitchen area is open and doesnt have great ventilation“
