Picked up wings and fries today and the wings were very over cooked and the garlic parmesan sauce had no flavor. The fries were over cooked as well and they didn't give me the correct dressing. I ordered ranch and a side of blue cheese but both were blue cheese. Very disappointed!
If I were to advertise that I am open for business until 9pm I have a commitment to honor customers who call or walk through my door up to the end of the business hours. I've been a customer for twenty years or whenever you took over the place from Wings and Rings. Also many many orders from Shady Lane. I've spent a premium on your food often $45 or more per order. I’m sad we typically order pick up at this location every couple weeks and today we got home and our order was completely wrong and not hot at all and this location is only a five minute drive to get home for us so it had to have been sitting because we’ve never had this problem before 💔 my mikes mix was not “hot” my husband ordered teriyaki and his wings ended up being mikes mix as well.. super disappointing I didn’t want to call because they were super busy and...read full review
