Got a Frisco Burger and fries here today. The Texas toasted was not toasted at all. Pure white and soggy. Meat was cold. Cheese wasn't even melted. Not tomato at all. Very little mayo . Almost $10 for the meal. If I would have checked it before leaving would have taken it back. Can't go inside. Drive thru only. This used to be a good fast food restaurant. What happened,
I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!
My family has enjoyed eating here for several years. Most delicious!
Hardee's is a restaurant that has improved significantly over time, offering a clean and welcoming environment. The staff, including friendly and helpful employees like Brayden and a polite drive-thru team, go above and beyond to provide good service. Customers appreciate the fast service, hot food, and the clean atmosphere, noting that the place has changed for the better. The restaurant is also kid-friendly, with enough space for strollers and a pleasant environment for families. Many reviews highlight the helpfulness of the team and their efforts to ensure a positive experience. However, there was a negative experience with a canceled order made through the app, which resulted in a loss of money with no refund. Despite this, customers generally find the food fresh and satisfying, especially mentioning the bacon cheeseburger and fries. Overall, Hardee's is seen as a friendly, clean, and improved fast-food option with attentive staff and good service.
