He was extremely patient with my son and went the extra mile with his food recommendations and making it kid-friendly. He also noticed which sauces I seemed to like the most and brought one that did not originally come with my meal. The food and atmosphere as wonderful in itself, but Sebastian made our first time here one to be remembered! Thank you to him!!“

“I usually love this place but tonight's curbside order was an hour and a half wait (usually curbside pickup is a half hour)! They now also have signed up with other delivery services so they are super busy. Our food wasn't ready when it was promised. I went in and there were about 3-4 empty tables! You'd think that with the long wait the tables would be backed up too. I mentioned to the manage that if I had known there were tables available I would have dined in instead of take out. She said they try to get their dine-in customers their food before the take out. 🤦 Really Dewey's, what customer wants to know that their service is not as important as another customer? If I had known that I wouldn't have waited an hour and a half (plus) at home, and would have gone in, placed my order then changed my mind and taken it to go!“

Every single person at the holiday get together was going in for this delicious, generously sized cheesecake. Not a crumb was left. “The food was beyond delicious! If it weren't for the fact I got super full I would've cleaned my plate and fought the urge to lick it clean. I truly enjoyed the welcoming host and servers and the relaxed environment. We ate and talked for an hour and a half and I never felt rushed or like a nuisance. The staff (Zack our waiter especially) was very kind I ordered ice cream and Baklava to go and he kept it in the freezer for me so that I could take it on my way out without it melting. The food!! I had the vegetarian stew with rice and it blew my mind. I was apprehensive about the mushrooms and zucchini but it was all so delicious and hearty. It felt like eating something your grandmother prepared for you in the winter. My heart and belly are full 10/10 I would love to come back and when we visit Cleveland again.“

The only complaint is their wifi, who thought the public wifi password should be their phone number? Easy to guess and your patrons have to look it up?!?!! 😂
