We put a dinner party for a friend here. We were in constant contact with the staff as it was a surprise party. They asked for a credit card to put on file since we had a large party and they would need to order food in for that amount. They promised it was just to keep on file and not to charge. Immediately after there was a $300 charge, which we called and asked them about. They said it was a deposit for the food, which will be taken off whenever it was paid. The bartenders were blatantly on their phones at the bar and one was vaping while we were there today. Another came in with her white scarf, did her makeup facing customers, and sorted her purse in plain sight of customers. They tossed a cleaning rag on a shelf of “clean” wine glasses and set a trash bag on the main counter. My drink was made from premade mixes, and my husband’s fries and steak were cold when served.
