“I live about 90 min from Cleveland, and my 8 year old has been begging me to take him somewhere to try bubble tea for weeks now. We were in Cleveland for the night, and Balance was close to where we were staying so I decided to give it a try. The girl working at the counter was AMAZING! She was so helpful and super interactive with my son, literally mirroring his excitement. I know this is something small, but I have worked in the service industry and I know how infrequent it is to get positive feedback. I’m sorry I didn’t catch the girl’s name (she was tall with long blonde hair), but she was fantastic and really made us feel welcome. The restaurant was also super clean and all the employees were working hard.“

“Stopped here after visiting A Christmas Story House, and we were not disappointed! The food was excellent and great portion sizes. The poke bowls, ramen bowl, wonton soup, and house brew fruity teas were the best we have ever had. We will definitely stop here again when we are in town.“

“The rolls were excellent. The Philly and chicken and cabbage rolls are amazing, 10/10 best rolls I’ve had. The buffalo chicken roll was interesting. Hands down go with the traditional rolls, easily some of the best rolls I’ve been served. Period. Good enough for me to write a review.“

“I'm a little late posting this review. Dropped my son at Case in August and wandered downtown for a while. Stopped here for a quick bite. Realized it was cash only after ordering. The owner and the man behind me picked up my meal. I am so grateful for both their kindness. Now, getting to the food. This meal was ridiculously inexpensive, I think maybe 7 bucks with tax. my portion was incredible generous. I did tofu and vegetables and it was hot, fresh, and delicious. The veggies were just just lightly cooked and the sauce was scrumptious. I learned (finally) the difference between brown and white tofu and can now say that the texture of brown tofu is fantastic! I'm so glad I stopped here and super grateful to the owner and a kind stranger for the delicious meal! ❤️“

So good it makes you do the eye roll and happy dance! My husband had the crab melt 🤤and I had the beef Lumpia!! We were so happy with our food and service! “Cherry Wonderdog gives kudos to King Fong in Cleveland for its generosity and culinary performance last Friday midday. Four of us ordered takeout, and instead of the luncheon special with soup and pork fried rice, we all went with the pint of food with white rice. The portions were plentiful (half of us couldn’t finish), everything was hot, and none of the protein we ordered resembled mystery meat. Nope, everything was legitimate and quite good. Mine was Szechuan chicken while my wife enjoyed her staple dish, cashew nuts. \n\nFor $6.95, we felt there was nothing missing (except, perhaps, the choice to substitute fried rice for an extra $1). In fact, the pricing for the luncheon specials didn’t make much sense, because it seemed to be merely the sum of the pieceparts. Perhaps someone can revisit that. Until then, we’re perfectly happy ordering the pint portions.“
