“Hatfield's is our most favorite restaurant for brisket, fresh-cut fries, onion rings, outstanding mac and cheese, sloppy Joe's, burgers and ribs. We get the same things all the time because they're delicious. I take my family and friends and everyone loves it!! I walk in and they usually know my order. Friendly service, clean, nice atmosphere, and very good food!! The owner does come around to make sure your satisfied with everything, which really was impressive to us. We dine in as well as carry-out and highly recommend this restaurant for excellent southern comfort food!!“

“Went for dinner and got to enjoy the patio. Staff was attentive and kind. Food is absolutely delicious. Pulled pork was moist and I’m going to say the best I have ever had. Sauces were also great. We will definitely be back!“

“Came for a birthday party and can't say I'd be back. There were several problems. First off, I waited 40 minutes for a coke. Seems like everyone else got their alcohol though which also had a very long wait. The server Cici was awful to say the least. She couldn't get anything right. My husband ordered the rib dinner and i had the two meats and two sides (brisket and ribs). The ribs were very good, I would definitely order them again if I ever came back. But the brisket was absolutely awful. The toughest, driest piece of meat I've ever bitten, tasteless with no bark whatsoever. They were out of rib tips which I was honestly disappointed about but the ribs were bomb. They were moist yet tender cooked to perfection. The macaroni and cheese *and believe me I don't eat everybody's* was really really good. The greens had too much vinegar but were still enjoyable. The baked beans (Fire whoever made them immediately) literally took a can of bushes and added green peppers and onion. I ordered my 2 year old a smoked wing appetizer and some fries. WE GOT MY 2 YEAR OLDS FOOD AS WE WERE PACKING UP OURS, He literally ate my whole plate because he had no food. I ordered the garlic parm on the side and of course when they brought his wings it was covered in garlic parm. The fries were so full of salt they weren't edible but I got over that quickly. Still being very very generous I told the waitress I would be paying for my friend for his birthday. She didn't just charge my card for my best friends meal, but for everyone else at the table almost 300$. How do you make that kind of mistake. I believe it was intentional. After that I just ran out of there. The service however bad, still didn't overshadow that the food was really good. I just wouldn't order the brisket agian and definitely tell them no salt on your fries“

“I am from Cleveland, East Side Glenville, and I know some B&M BBQ. My favorite is the one on 105th, original OG, and even when I return home from Virginia, I stop at the 105th location, especially for my ribs. You can see them grilling them and smell and taste the charcoal. Just here today, 1/16/2025, and got some ribs right off the grill, and man, they live up to my expectations. I left Cleveland for the military in 1978 and never forgot B&Ms. Sometimes, like this visit, I drive from Richmond, Virginia, primarily for some B&M Ribs and Wings. “Found this place when I searched for best places to eat in Cleveland while we were on vacation and this one had good reviews and realistic prices so we decided to try it out and we are so glad we did! It was a warm and inviting atmosphere for being mostly a bar with extra seating. You felt like you were at home and all the staff treated you like you were family or a good friend and they looked happy to be there even though it got a bit busy when we had gotten there. Service was excellent, food was delicious, my husband got the ribs and he was in love. I tried the bbq sauce as I'm really picky about bbq sauces and it was delicious! The skull shaped cornbread was so good. I had a turkey club sandwich with the chips and the French onion dip is a must have. Great experience, we will definitely be back next time we are up in Cleveland!“

“Very nice place inside the Arcade. Our breakfast was wonderful! We were celebrating our 40th anniversary and we mentioned this to our waitress Lillian. Before we left, she came back with goody bag with caramel corn, chocolates and battled water in honor of our anniversary and a sweet note wishing us many more. She made our day! Thank you, Lillian!“

“I've been to this Chinese restaurant several times before, and this time came here on Saturday night with my family for dinner, as my most recent visit. The food here is delicious and pretty authentic, with a great selection as well. (I especially love their West Lake Beef Soup, would highly recommend!) The restaurant atmosphere is a bit outdated but still clean, and the service is good. The staff here are nice to customers, including the waitresses, who did a good job taking our food orders and serving. Overall this restaurant seems like a good place to eat at, and we will be coming back soon to enjoy more!“
